At Crowd Cooks, we take pride in prioritizing local and seasonal ingredients. Our recipes evolve with the seasons to incorporate the best of local produce. In case of surplus or if a client cannot receive their box, we make a charitable gesture by donating the meals to the St. Vincent de Paul association.
Our meals are designed to last your whole week. They can be kept in the fridge until Friday, so you can enjoy them at your own pace.
It couldn’t be simpler: our containers are microwave and oven safe. You’ll find the ideal reheating instructions directly on the container’s label. And for those who love a fresh taste, some meals are even delicious cold.
No problem if you haven’t finished them by Friday night. Our meals freeze perfectly, allowing you to enjoy them whenever you want.
Hygiene is one of our top priorities. All our cooking partners are AFSCA certified and follow the strictest hygiene standards. We also apply a rigorous HACCP system to ensure the food safety of our products.
Transparency is essential to us. When consulting our menu, you can click on a dish’s photo to discover all the details: list of allergens, ingredients, and nutritional values, so you can order with confidence.

Absolutely, your box is entirely flexible! If you choose fewer meals than your standard plan, you only pay for what you’ve selected. To add extra meals, a cost of €10 per meal will be automatically added to your bill. You can also adjust the number of meals in your standard box directly in your account settings.
It’s simple: for example, for a 5-meal subscription, choose the 4-meal plan and add the fifth during your selection. The payment will adjust automatically.
You can plan your meals up to 3 weeks in advance via your client area.
No worries! Log in to your client area, go to the menu, and click ‘'Edit choices' to adjust your selection.
No stress! If your box isn’t paused and you haven’t made any choices, we will automatically send you a selection of meals corresponding to your subscription. You can check your menu of the week to see what we chose for you.
Each dish is accompanied by clear labels indicating whether it is spicy, vegetarian, calorie-smart, contains sea food, or is suitable for children.
PAYMENT & BILLING
The price adjusts to your needs. For example, a box with 4 meals per week is available for €49.90, with an additional €10 per extra meal. Delivery fees are €4.90.
Upon registration, a symbolic charge of €0.02 is made to establish a connection with your bank. The actual payment for your order will be debited on Tuesday, right before delivery. If you’ve paused your box, no payment will be taken.
We accept a range of convenient payment options: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), Bancontact, Maestro, and SEPA.
Absolutely! You can access and download your invoices anytime by logging into your account and visiting the 'Invoices' section.
Your transactions are completely secure, thanks to Mollie, the leader in online payment processing.
To update your credit card, simply log in to your account, go to the settings, and select the 'Payment Method' section. You can easily make the necessary changes.
It's easy! Just go to your account settings, select the 'Payment Method' section, and make the modification.
DELIVERY
We deliver not only to Brussels and the Flemish and Walloon Brabant regions but also to Antwerp, Ghent, Liège, Charleroi, Namur, and Mons.
You decide! Choose either a Sunday (15:00-20:00) or Monday (10:00-15:00) delivery when placing your first order.
On Thursday at 15:00, you’ll receive a text message with your estimated delivery time, with a margin of +/- 30 minutes. You’ll also receive a confirmation email the day before your delivery.
Absolutely! Log in to your account, go to the settings, select the 'Plan' section, and modify your delivery day. Don’t forget to save your changes.
No worries! If no one is there to answer your door, our driver will try to leave your box in a safe place or with a neighbor. If that’s not possible, your box will be donated to our charity partner, St Vincent de Paul.
To change your delivery address, simply go to your account settings and select the 'Plan' tab.
